Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a detail‑oriented Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a small team, monitor daily progress, and ensure standards are met while coaching colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
• Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress and communicates needs to management.
• Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors.
• Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as stated in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.Communicates quality to supervisorandrelays neededcoachingfor team members to management.
• Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progressand communicates needs to management. Inspects completed rooms toassurethat all standards have been met.When standards have been missed,bringsemployeeback to room to correct the deficiency. Coordinates work orders inassignedsection.Follows up to besurework is completed. Releases checkout rooms to be sold.
• Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors. Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells,elevatorsand Linen Closets.
• Complies withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
