Job summary

Brady Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an inspector to perform final and in-process inspection, packaging, and labeling of stock and custom products. You will read orders, interpret blueprints, and ensure packaging meets specifications for shipment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating packaging equipment, recording data, stocking supplies, and delivering finished goods. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and occasional weekend overtime.

  • Ability to lift, carry and push/pull 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing and walking.

  • Deliver packaged and inspected product to finish goods.
  • Manage and stock packaging supplies as needed.
  • Use various computer programs/systems to make labels, execute transactions, send e-mails, and enter process data.
  • Maintain work area through good housekeeping habits.
  • Maintain department supplies to ensure an optimal level of service.
  • Perform daily duties with minimal supervision.
  • Meet performance standards: Quantity, quality and timeliness of output at or above department standards.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality at or above company standard.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
