Amcor Cumberland facility is hiring for a production associate responsible for inspecting and packing finished products, ensuring pack quality, and maintaining accurate counts of finished and scrapped items. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should be able to perform light to medium physical work, follow ISO/SQF/GMP guidelines, and assist in training others as needed.

Competenze

• Light work up to 20 lbs occasionally; 10 lbs frequently.
• Medium work up to 50 lbs occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
• Repetitive motion.
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking and hearing.
• Working knowledge of ISO, SQF, GMP.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Safety and housekeeping
• Assist in training others as needed
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Light Work: Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally; 10 lbs frequently
• Medium Work: Up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects
• Repetitive Motion
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, and hearing
• Working knowledge of ISO, SQF, GMP

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $17.00 per hour ; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $17.00 per hour and $20.00 per hour.
