PDS Tech Commercial in Urbana, OH is seeking an Inspector to ensure quality across materials, parts, and products. You will perform inspections at different production stages, document findings, and collaborate with the team to implement improvements while following safety protocols.
The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years QC experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Competitive pay is $22.17 per hour with a Subco Bonus Program and milestone bonuses.

As an Inspector, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process. You’ll inspect materials, parts, and products at various stages of production, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards. Your ability to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement will help drive continuous improvement and maintain the high level of excellence we strive for.
Inspect Materials & Products: Conduct inspections of materials, parts, and products at different stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform Quality Checks: Carry out checks and tests to verify the quality and functionality of products.
Document Findings: Record observations and provide feedback on quality issues and potential process improvements.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the production team to communicate any issues and assist in implementing solutions.
Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while performing your duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with standard quality control concepts, practices, and procedures.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to perform tasks independently.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 10-15 lbs. with minimal repetition.
Competitive Pay: Earn $22.17 per hour, with a generous Subco Bonus Program that could reward you up to $3,000 in your first 90 days.
