Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor to oversee Inspection personnel on the C-130 flight line and F22 Speedline. The role requires coordinating multiple priorities and leading teams to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising inspectors, coordinating recruitment and training, evaluating performance, assigning work, and handling salary and disciplinary actions in partnership with the site leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of flight release and airworthiness processes.
• Knowledge of DCMA 8210.1.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
