NOVA Industries (NOV) Houston facility is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage daily manufacturing operations, budgeting, and scheduling to meet production goals. This role emphasizes team development, process efficiency, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a skilled team, coordinate with sales and engineering, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating projects.

• Confidence giving feedback and handling workplace concerns.
• Relevant industry experience or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets for growth and ROI.
• Set main operations schedule for the facility and coordinate deliveries to ensure workflow.
• Resolve customer complaints with manager assistance when needed.
• Assist sales in quotations for special orders to meet scheduling needs.
• Monitor facility equipment and schedule maintenance and updates with engineering.
• Structure, staff, and motivate the organization to meet operating objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policy and DOT regulations to minimize injuries and costs.
• Weekly activity reporting and forecasting.
