Smalley Steel Ring Company in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a Full Time Quality/Process Improvement Leader to manage the inspection team across three shifts, implement advanced measurement and load equipment, and drive Lean initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering, Greenbelt and extensive SPC experience, and a proven track record in automotive/aerospace/medical sectors. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain the calibration program and tracking of all tools and gages, including addition of new equipment and replacement of equipment

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
