Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Business Analyst to generate insights guiding operational strategy and day-to-day execution. You will gather customer insights, mine data, and help senior leaders make key business decisions while collaborating with the operations team to shape processes and support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights for operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to improve customer experience.
• Own design, development and maintenance of performance metrics, reports, dashboards to drive key decisions.
• Assess and document existing business procedures and develop implementation plans.
• Maintain record-keeping and produce reports.
• Support business reviews for strategic clients by developing materials to illustrate performance and value creation.
