Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide operational support to the transportation and logistics teams.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new employees.
• Support the development and implementation of new IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
