Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and develop tested reporting deliverables for approved projects and change requests.
• Gather, organize, and document requirements while performing system data analysis and report solution development activities.
• Provide ongoing production reporting support ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability for internal and external customers.
• Produce regular internal and client reports using charts, dashboards, and standardized metrics.
• Automate data and reports to improve efficiency and profitability analysis across the organization.
• Measure KPIs, analyze variance, and identify risks and opportunities across operations.
• Collaborate with internal customers to enhance reporting and improve systems continually.
