Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to head Insights and Visualization, driving BI and analytics delivery with a strong focus on Power BI and Power Platform. You will guide a high-performing team, shape the analytics strategy and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading BI, reporting, visualization or analytics delivery teams.
Proven experience managing large and complex delivery portfolios.
Demonstrated success leading teams through organizational, technology and operating model change.
Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power BI and modern data platforms.
Experience working within agile delivery environments.
Experience balancing operational support with strategic transformation.
Deep expertise in Power BI and enterprise reporting environments.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centered design.
Knowledge of Power Platform technologies including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Understanding of Copilot Studio and emerging AI-enabled business solutions.
Familiarity with analytics, machine learning and data product concepts.
Understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills.
Ability to lead confidently through ambiguity and change.
Strong strategic thinking combined with delivery execution focus.
Ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technical teams.
Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.
Ability to maintain long-term strategic focus while managing day-to-day delivery pressures.
Ability to be in the office 3 days per week.

Ensure existing reporting, dashboards and insights products remain reliable, accurate and supported
Establish and embed agile delivery practices
Improve delivery predictability, transparency and stakeholder engagement
Establish and maintain standards for design, development and deployment
Partner with Data Governance, Quality and Architecture teams
