Keenova seeks an experienced Manager, Insights & Analytics to generate robust insights across the enterprise portfolio. You will partner with marketing and sales, design market research studies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive business results.

Ideal candidates bring strong primary market research and quantitative analytics skills, proficiency with Tableau, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Market Research, Data Science, Statistics) is required.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• 3–5 years in Market Research, Commercial Analytics, or related roles in pharma or consulting is preferred.
• Experience managing and analyzing large secondary pharmaceutical datasets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to define research questions and study design.
• Lead primary market research projects from design to analysis and reporting.
• Oversee vendor management and project execution for research initiatives.
• Produce concise presentations that translate insights into business actions.
• Inform strategic decisions with analytics and customer voice.
