Knotch, a growth-stage technology company, is seeking an Insights Analyst to turn web analytics, journey data, and survey results into actionable client insights. You’ll work with Knotch One platform and closely with account teams to tailor findings to each client’s business goals.

The role emphasizes data quality, test-and-learn planning, and clear storytelling, with opportunities to influence enterprise clients and drive measurable outcomes across marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics within marketing, digital analytics, or SaaS.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.
• Understanding SaaS subscription models and recurring relationships.
• Expertise in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; proficiency in at least one.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data from web analytics, journey analytics, and survey platforms to uncover patterns and insights.
• Translate data into stories that connect findings to client goals in clear language for stakeholders.
• Develop test-and-learn plans to help clients optimize content and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with account teams to tailor reports and recommendations to client objectives.
• Ensure data quality, rigor, and statistical validity.
• Visualize insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
