Job summary

Wearehuman8 is hiring an Insight Manager to join the Client Teams department in Hong Kong SAR. The role leads multiple small projects, designs research activities, oversees fieldwork, analyzes data, and delivers client‑ready insights with strategic recommendations.

The manager collaborates across departments, supports larger initiatives, and strengthens client relations while guiding junior consultants. Strong moderation, data interpretation, and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Project ownership of multiple small tactical projects with minimal guidance
• Supporting role on larger strategic projects
• Demonstrates strong cross‑department collaboration with junior consultants

Responsibilities

• Project owner for several smaller tactical projects; minimal direction from seniors
• Support on larger strategic projects
• Foster cross‑department relationships as a model for juniors
• Lead on deciding the best approach to capture data
• Design most activity types with light direction from seniors
• Moderate confidently in fieldwork and probe beyond stated answers
• Evaluate survey fieldwork status and adjust quotas as needed
• Design an analysis plan and brief others on it
• Produce client‑ready reports with recommendations
• Incorporate insights from client data and Culture Trends at key points
• Translate client information needs into project design and activities
• Identify opportunities beyond primary research (Culture Trends, crowdsourcing)
• Present to clients regularly with senior support
• Assist in preparing client workshops and brainstorms
• Independently manage client relationships and expectations
• Grow client network beyond the insight team
• Share insights across client sectors to support accounts
• Be aware of commercial goals and how to leverage assets
• Understand CRM and client relationship platforms used
