Old World Industries seeks a Data Analyst to join the OWI Analytics team in Northbrook, IL. The role partners with business stakeholders to translate questions into analyses that drive decision-making and actionable insights beyond routine reporting.

You will develop dashboards, perform SQL data mining, and validate outputs against SAP as the source of truth, collaborating across data engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI is required; DEX knowledge is strongly preferred.
• SAP is used as the ERP/source of truth for validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into structured analyses that drive decision-making.
• Create visualizations and dashboards for global customers to provide business insights.
• Use SQL to mine data and translate business needs into clear visualizations.
• Validate data against SAP and resolve discrepancies before reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to develop insight‑driven visuals.
• Support reporting projects from requirements gathering through deployment and training.
