Xcelerate Solutions in Fort Lee, VA seeks a Technical Security Program Support Specialist focused on Counter-Insider Threat to join our DCMA-DCS security team. The role requires proactive insider threat risk assessments, data synthesis across security domains, and actionable mitigation development to protect sensitive information.

The position supports UAM telemetry analysis, U.S. government policy review, and secure documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, intelligence studies, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting Personnel Security, Counter-Insider Threat, counterintelligence, or related DoD/federal security program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of personnel, security, and user activity data to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to review government policies, manuals, Code of Federal Regulations entries, statutes, and other foundational documents and synthesize them into working familiarity with security-related policy.
• Strong analytical writing skills; ability to develop and deliver clear, well-documented written and oral reports and briefings to government personnel and leadership audiences.
• Ability to handle sensitive personnel information with discretion and in strict accordance with privacy and civil liberties requirements.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct well-documented, proactive risk assessments to identify insider threats and deliver daily to the InTPM.
• Synthesize data from approved DCMA sources into a coherent risk picture.
• Develop actionable mitigation strategies to harden defenses against insider threats.
• Document all daily triage operations in designated systems with privacy protections.
• Provide surge support for UAM and telemetry analysis and produce evaluation reports.
• Update DISS and EPSF and support related recordkeeping and database updates.
• Prepare documents, packages, and database entries for Government Security Specialist review.
• Schedule foreign travel briefs, ISOPREP coordination, and DTS travel for OCONUS visits.
• Support Security Assessment program with database updates and scheduling feedback sessions.
• Manage Learning Management System training operations and related duties.
• Provide security project support, including market research and GPC packet preparation.
