Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Lead Corporate Security Operations Analyst to lead Insider Threat initiatives, guide investigations, and mature security capabilities across DLP, UAM, and UBA.

The role requires collaboration with global stakeholders, development of standards, and implementation of improvements in people, process, and technology. The ideal candidate will manage cross‑functional teams, drive program maturity, and stay aligned with privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements while

Qualifications

• Experience conducting sensitive investigations with privacy compliance.
• Extensive security operations, incident response, insider risk and forensics.
• Ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of privacy and regulatory considerations including GDPR.
• Experience governing Insider Threat, DLP, UAM, UBA capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies and SIEM platforms.
• Windows and macOS operating systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with threat hunting and OSINT methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Set Insider Threat investigation standards and guide SMEs on high‑risk cases.
• Analyze program trends, risks, and metrics to identify improvements.
• Build Insider Threat detection strategies, controls, and countermeasures.
• Maintain Insider Threat policies, processes, and operating standards.
• Lead the Insider Threat liaison for Technology, Security, HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and M&A.
• Define capability roadmaps and partner with engineering to deliver tool enhancements.
• Track industry trends and strengthen program maturity.
• Design exercises to test Insider Threat capabilities.
• Lead the Insider Threat Working Group and elevate priorities to Steering Committee.
• Maintain program documentation and inventories.
