Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, security, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Strong understanding of insider threat dynamics, risk indicators, and mitigation strategies
• Experience developing, implementing, administering, or supporting security-related programs
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially Security, HR, and Information Management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a PIV Credential badge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer a comprehensive Insider Threat Program
• Develop processes for insider threat identification, reporting, risk assessment, and mitigation
• Coordinate insider threat activities across Security, HR, IT, and other organizations
• Serve as primary liaison for insider threat communication across departments
• Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures related to insider threat
• Provide classified cybersecurity support coordinating with system admins and cybersecurity staff
