Job summary

DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to analyze activity data, identify threat patterns, and communicate findings with clear reports. The role requires TS/SCI preferred and security clearance in good standing, with hybrid or remote work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in security investigations preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis with BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• UEBA knowledge and behavior analytics familiarity.
• Experience with SIEM or log analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers on areas of interest for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations.
• Develop recommendations to address threats and proactive measures.
• Establish trust with clients while protecting data privacy.
• Enhance profiles and develop new use cases and algorithms.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for the DTEX platform.
• Coordinate with engineering for Tier 3 support and feedback.
