Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, Insider Threat, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Cybersecurity Monitoring, or related security functions.
• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, EDR, DLP, or related security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor user behaviour across enterprise systems, applications, endpoints, and cloud environments to identify suspicious or anomalous activities.
• Investigate insider threat alerts and security incidents from initial detection through resolution.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Security teams during investigations and remediation activities.
• Develop and improve insider threat detection use cases, rules, and behavioural analytics models.
• Prepare investigation reports and executive summaries; track insider threat trends and program metrics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
