Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Senior Insider Threat & DLP Security Analyst with 7+ years of hands-on experience in insider threat, DLP, cybersecurity investigations, SOC, or incident response. The role focuses on detecting and mitigating data exfiltration and access risks across endpoints, networks, and identities.

You will investigate, triage, and report on security incidents, correlate telemetry from multiple sources, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security to support audit-ready

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise security platforms.

Seeking a Senior Insider Threat & DLP Security Analyst with 7+ years of experience in insider threat, DLP, cybersecurity investigations, SOC, or incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and triage insider threat, DLP, data exfiltration, and unauthorized access alerts.
• Correlate endpoint, identity, network, email, and other security telemetry.
• Use XSOAR, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and/or Anvilogic for investigation and analysis.
• Collect and preserve evidence and prepare audit-defensible investigation reports.
• Escalate high-risk cases and collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.

Required:
