Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation seeks a Senior Insider Risk Analyst to strengthen and mature its insider risk program. You will investigate threats, analyze security events, and partner with IT, HR, Legal, and business units to protect data and systems. Hybrid work in Temple City, CA with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insider risk, insider threat, security operations, investigations, fraud, or risk analysis.
• Experience with DLP, user activity monitoring, UEBA, or other security monitoring technologies.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to evaluate complex security events and recommend appropriate actions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and security best practices.
• Financial services or banking industry experience is preferred.

• Conduct investigations involving unauthorized access, data loss, fraud, or other insider risk activities while documenting findings and recommending next steps.
• Improve detection capabilities by refining security monitoring rules, insider risk use cases, and response procedures.
• Partner with Information Security, IT, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to support investigations and risk mitigation efforts.
• Promote security awareness through training initiatives and contribute to ongoing insider risk program improvements.

Our client is looking for a Senior Insider Risk Analyst to help strengthen and mature their Insider Risk Program. Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $74,000 –$86,000 annually, plus bonus.
