• 15+ years of cybersecurity/insider threat experience within enterprise/government/regulatory environments.
• Proven leadership in defining and executing a major security program.
• Strong data-centric mindset with AI/ML familiarity for security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Insider Threat program.
• Drive AI-driven threat detection and mitigation strategies.
• Lead design and refinement of data-centric processes to protect against insiders.
• Develop and mature enterprise insider threat capabilities across detection, triage, and response.
• Engage senior leadership and cross-functional partners to align risk and governance.
