What You Will Do and How You Will Contribute:

• Provide outstanding customer service in the retail store and outdoor yard by greeting customers, helping them locate products, answering questions, and offering knowledgeable product recommendations
• Safely and efficiently load customer purchases into vehicles
• Keep the indoor and outdoor yard fully stocked with material, organized, and easy to navigate so customers and team members can quickly find what they need
• Maintain a clean and orderly yard, including regular sweeping, debris removal, and ensuring materials are neatly stacked and stored
• Keep up with training and learn about products and safety rules
• Assist in other departments/functions as needed to provide great customer service
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to help the team run smoothly
• Follow safety rules, keep the work area clean and help make sure everyone stays safe
• Assist with inventory-related tasks, including performing cycle counts, verifying stock levels and maintaining accurate records
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management

• Previous retail or related industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory processes is beneficial
