Stickley is seeking an Inside Upholsterer - Tufting to join our Archdale, North Carolina upholstery team. This hands‑on role offers training and coaching to develop high‑quality upholstery techniques for premium furniture.

You will read tickets, upholster fabric or leather, tuft by hand or machine, and ensure fit, finish, and craftsmanship meet Stickley standards. Join a team that values attention to detail and pride in lasting furniture.

Qualifications

• Experience in upholstery or furniture manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with inside upholstery, hand‑tufting, or machine‑tufting is a plus.
• Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read production tickets and work orders to complete each piece accurately.
• Perform inside upholstery on fabric or leather.
• Upholster seats, backs, and arms with padding and materials.
• Hand‑tuft or machine‑tuft as specified.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and meet production schedules.
• Inspect completed work and apply Stickley methods and standards.
