Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Inside Underwriter in Fort Worth, TX, to support new and renewal business within binding authority and brokerage markets. You will manage submissions, quotes, binding, and policy confirmation in a structured environment, while negotiating terms with carriers to align with our underwriting strategy.

You will analyze risk, resolve coverage issues, and ensure compliance with internal and carrier standards, helping drive growth and efficient workflow across high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant insurance designation preferred.
• Active/state insurance license required.
• Experience in underwriting or brokering specialty or E&S insurance products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal business within binding authority and brokerage markets.
• Manage end-to-end underwriting process: submissions, quoting, binding, policy confirmation.

This role supports new and renewal production by underwriting business, solving coverage issues, and ensuring compliance with internal and carrier standards. The core function of this role centers on efficient underwriting execution, risk evaluation, and supporting business growth within defined authority and pricing parameters.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
