Specific activities may change from time to time.* Underwrite new and renewal business within binding authority and brokerage markets, including evaluating risk, determining terms, and placing coverage in accordance with carrier and company guidelines* Manage the underwriting process end-to-end, including submissions, quoting, binding, and policy confirmation within established authority levels* Negotiate coverage terms with carriers, including pricing, structures, and policy provisions, while ensuring alignment with underwriting strategy* Resolve underwriting and coverage issues by analyzing risk characteristics and applying appropriate solutions for retail agents* Monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and carrier underwriting guidelines* Support production goals by driving new and renewal business activity and maintaining efficient workflow execution in a structured environment**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
