Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer's requests for quotes and sales orders via phone, fax and email accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with all required information upon request.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding customer service.
• Work with team members to provide support as required.
• Follow all aspects of the Company's quality system and assist with the development of the system as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and company values.
• Other duties as required.
