RoMac Building Supply is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Leesburg, FL. Specializing in millwork, windows, and garage doors, this role is focused on providing top-notch service to walk-in and call-in retail customers

Responsibilities

Present and sell company products and services to primarily retail customers (walk-ins or over the phone)

Deliver outstanding customer service while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Enter customer orders into the system and help coordinate delivery logistics

Troubleshoot and resolve customer needs with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications

1+ year of inside sales experience (required)

1+ year of experience with millwork products (required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach

Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Previous experience in building materials is preferred
