Paycom is seeking an Inside Salesperson for their Waterworks division in Twin Falls, ID. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at $23.00 per hour and includes a hybrid schedule.

Position Overview

Inside Salesperson, Waterworks – Twin Falls, ID (Full‑time). Salary Range: $23.00 per hour. Hybrid schedule, primarily Monday‑Friday 7AM–5PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone, processing orders, facilitating returns, renting equipment, and providing quotes.
• Help customers with product selection, inquiries, problem solving and sourcing non‑stock material.
• Estimate, quote, and manage customer timelines and projects.
• Support outside sales staff by writing orders, contacting customers, managing jobs and pending orders, and coordinating customer receipt of product.
• Complete accurate and thorough material takeoffs.
• Assist in managing bids.
• Participate in continuing education to learn about product and material applications.

Qualifications

• Customer service or wholesale supply experience required.
• Industry and estimating experience preferred.
• Computer and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work overtime as needed, primarily during the busy season.
• Ability to travel as required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate DOE – starting at $23.00 per hour.
