Job summary

Take Ten Tire & Service in Tulsa, OK seeks an Inside Sales associate to enter data, support invoicing, monitor documents, and assist with customer questions about tires and services. The role includes helping deliver tires and staging stock in the warehouse with a forklift as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, can learn new computer systems quickly, and will support store management and reporting functions while providing friendly customer service in person or by phone.

• Computer use and Excel knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into the computer system and track results for proper credits and billing.
• Assist with open invoices, daily and month-end closing, and reporting as assigned.
• Find and resolve invoice, credit, and inventory errors to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor paper flow to ensure all documents are accounted for, completed, legible, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
• Communicate issues and discrepancies to the Store Manager and Corporate Office.
• Work with customers in person and over the phone.
• Sell tires and other services offered at the store level.
• Assist outside sales staff with tire delivery or staging tires for customers.
• Maintain consistent data with strict attention to detail and regular fact-checking.
• Answer phones as needed.

Take Ten Tire and Service offers a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our team as an Inside Sales. Prior tire industry experience isn't required; however, we're looking for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly. The ideal candidate will enjoy gathering store operations documentation and information, organizing it into clear, efficient files and systems, and supporting the facility's management and reporting functions. This position also includes assisting customers who call or visit the store with questions about tires and the services we offer. This position is for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty from time to time by helping deliver tires and moving them in the warehouse with a forklift.

Job Duties:
