• Train with multiple departments/disciplines (sales, operations, etc.) throughout the company on a rotation schedule
• Serve as a technical resource and answer customer questions about existing products
• Receive incoming customer call for quotes, order, and questions about existing products
• Proactively follow up on quotes to close orders
• Subject matter expert on Jetstream parts, pumps, and accessories
• Increase average order size by upselling during incoming calls
• Support outside sales by answering questions, quoting, and entering orders
• Attend Trade Shows
• Perform ride-alongs with the outside sales team
• Work with regional team to map, manage, and update the customer base via CRM
• Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 0-5 years of technical inside sales or related, required.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software suite
• High energy self-starter, that works well in team settings and can work with minimal guidance at times.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of various sales and service teams.
• Strong desire to work with both internal and external customers
• Must possess a high degree of initiative and can assist in making sound, business decisions
• Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
• Skilled at presenting information via electronic or face-to-face modalities that engages the audience and transmits relevant and correct product information
• Highly organized and able to manage wide range of administrative duties with competing priorities.
  
  

Pay Transparency

Anticipated salary: base salary $40,000 + Commission (On Target Annual Earnings: $70,000 - $100,000)
