Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Inside Sales Support specialist in Swedesboro, NJ to assist customers and sales reps with product knowledge, troubleshooting, and understanding customer needs.

The role involves escalating and troubleshooting for the spare parts team, reading blueprints, and coordinating with sales, assembly, engineers and customers to provide technical support. It is a fully onsite position based in Swedesboro, NJ.

Qualifications

• Inside sales and customer support exp
• Manufacturing or industrial exp
• Technical skills and ability to read blueprints
• Spare parts experience preferred
• ERP system exp
• CRM exp

Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales support to customers and sales reps
• Escalated and troubleshooting support for customer service spare parts team
• Technical troubleshooting, experience with reading the blueprint of the product and suggest parts needed
• Communicating with sales, assembly, engineers and customers to provide technical support
• Assist with account management and order processing along with pricing negotiations
