ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with comprehensive benefits after 60 days and opportunities for growth within a nationwide wholesale distributor. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, good time management, basic computer skills, and a positive, team-driven

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Aufgaben

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
