Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customers in purchasing roofing, siding, and window products, delivering world‑class service and up‑selling when appropriate.

You will handle orders, coordinate pickups with the warehouse, and ensure on‑time deliveries while building solid relationships with contractors. Expect a Monday–Thursday 8am‑5pm schedule, with Friday 8am‑3pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
