Responsibilities

• Make 50–100 outbound calls to prospective and existing patients each day.
• Respond promptly to new leads and conduct lead-screening calls.
• Follow up with warm leads and re-engage past leads and inactive clients.
• Confirm appointments and collect booking deposits.
• Reduce cancellations and no-shows; guide clients through booking process.
