Job summary

Core & Main LP in Charleston, SC seeks a Sales Associate who thrives on problem-solving, customer interaction, and managing projects from start to finish. You will drive the sales process, identify upsell opportunities, and oversee orders and quotes across multiple channels.

You will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts while collaborating with teams to deliver practical solutions for water, wastewater, storm drainage, and fire protection products.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers.
• Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
• Experience in industrial distribution or construction supply preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales cycle from lead through close, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.
• Process customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Assist teammates and adapt to various tasks as needed.
