Core & Main is seeking a customer‑facing professional to support clients across our water, wastewater and fire protection product lines. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations.

In a fast‑paced environment, you will strengthen client relationships, coordinate with warehouse and sales teams, and oversee orders and quotes across multiple channels to drive account growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and meeting client expectations.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strengthen customer relationships and support the team with warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships through the sales process while supporting current accounts.
• Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all account levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work to expand client experience.
