The role emphasizes advising customers on tools and materials, demonstrating equipment use, and building long-term relationships while ensuring accurate paperwork and order processing. A drug-free workplace and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Drug-free workplace required.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; reconcile deposits.
• Coordinate communications with customers and team members.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy for coding, costing, and pricing.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share product insights.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves.
• Contribute to an outbound call strategy to grow the branch.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
