Job summary

Piramal Critical Care is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive hospital and surgery center contracts and provide service for existing customers within a defined territory. You will manage outreach by phone and computer, building a robust pipeline and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role involves CRM data maintenance, collaboration with Strategic Account Managers, and contributing to national contracts while staying informed about market conditions and product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or medical sciences is preferred.
• Sales experience, ideally telemarketing.
• Knowledge of selling techniques and CRM in a telemarketing environment.
• Clinical/industry knowledge of inhalation anesthetic pharm. preferred.
• IT proficiency with CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contracts by telephone and computer for hospital and surgery centers in defined territory.
• Develop and maintain pipeline including off-contract and distributor referrals.
• Log daily interactions into CRM system and update records.
• Support national/regional contract implementations at facilities.
• Maintain relationships with contracted accounts and provide customer service.
• Report sales and pipeline data regularly (e.g., weekly).
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and other colleagues on accounts.
• Facilitate promotional programs as required.
• Stay informed on market conditions and share insights.
