Responsibilities include product demonstrations, high-volume call management, proposal preparation, and effective closing. A strong CRM and Microsoft Office skill set are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
• Manage high-volume calls and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotes and proposals to close deals and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities.
• Close sales after presenting solutions and addressing objections.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and adapt to customer needs.
