Boise Cascade is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Memphis, TN to drive order intake, respond to customer needs, and promote products. You will coordinate with vendors, purchase and price items, monitor inventory, and support the sales team.

You will contact customers about market trends, assist in marketing programs and promotions, and ensure safe, high-quality service while contributing to continuous improvement across the location.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Ability to understand and apply basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with office equipment and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales and take orders; anticipate and meet customer needs.
• Manage product vendors, purchasing, pricing, and inventory monitoring.
• Promote assigned products and contact customers about market trends.
• Coordinate deliveries with shipping and support outside sales staff.
