Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while greeting guests and guiding them through the selection process.
• Check samples out and/or schedule measures using correct procedures for accuracy and follow-up.
• Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate bids and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Enter orders and assign products to inventory, initiate special orders, and set transfer dates.
• Maintain open orders and quotes to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
