Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to greet guests and guide them through selection.
• Check samples and schedule measures using standard procedures for accuracy and tracking.
• Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate bids and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Handle order entry and inventory transfers, including special orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized showroom, warehouse, and sales area; manage price tags and sample inventories.
• Assist with warehouse duties when required and support client services and conflict resolution.
