Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and send order confirmations.
• Answer inbound customer calls and support sales promotions.
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability.
• Track, expedite, and resolve delayed or missing shipments.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Shipping, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
