Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing existing accounts and closing new qualified customers in assigned markets. This role requires extensive product knowledge, honesty, integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, market partners, and our technology team to meet sales goals.

As Kiva's Inside Sales Specialist, you will...
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts across multiple states (Midwest and East Coast)
  • Conduct virtual meetings to develop your territory and increase sales revenue for KIVA and our brands
  • Respond proactively to customer requests via email, text, and phone
  • Collaborate with supplier brands to build strategies, sales pipelines, and achieve KPIs
  • Manage E-comm orders (Leaflink)
  • Become an in-house ERP expert
  • Work with internal teams to improve sales flow
  • Generate and develop a sales pipeline
  • Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting
What We're Looking For...
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in cannabis or wine & spirits
  • Experience managing a territory of up to 150 accounts
  • Call center experience is ideal
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; ERP experience is a plus
  • Experience handling high-volume sales inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with well-known brands is preferred
Work Environment
  • This position is fully remote; daily camera presence for meetings is mandatory
  • Comfort conducting virtual sales pitches and demos is required

Pay: $33 - $35/hour plus bonus
