Job summary

Staples in Mooresville, NC is seeking Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find total solutions both in-store and via kiosk. You’ll be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture, with training provided and immediate hiring decisions.

Respond to customer needs with speed and resourcefulness, learn product offerings, and contribute to profitability by meeting sales metrics. Flexibility across duties is expected.

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
