Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls
• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Process sales transactions using our POS system
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Package and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Stock and organize shelves and storage areas
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control
