Having grown and scaled rapidly over the past year, YourMechanic is expanding its inside sales team. Join us in revolutionizing the auto repair industry by helping us bring our services to everyone! We seek a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to close deals and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, follow-up, email campaigns, and qualifying leads in targeted verticals.
• Arrange in-person meetings as needed.
• Achieve and surpass regional sales targets through demand generation activities.
• Maintain activity records and sales metrics in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and professional speaking on the phone and in person.
• Strong writing skills: clear, succinct, adaptable to audience, and capable of developing polished proposals.
• Organizational skills with strong follow-through.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Open to coaching and implementing new strategies for effectiveness.
• Four-year degree required.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

• $10-$12 per hour plus commission.
