Reece USA in Brunswick, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to collaborate with outside sales, grow our customer base, and ensure timely delivery of supplies that help provide access to clean water and HVAC for communities.

You will develop product knowledge in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen & bath, build lasting customer relationships, and support growth in a fast-paced wholesale environment while upholding exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in sales for a wholesale distribution business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Inside Sales Representative

Impact You Make

The inside sales role is empowered to team with outside sales to grow our customer base so we keep more communities safe through delivering the supplies our customers need to provide access to clean water and HVAC.

Specific Duties Include

• Deliver a consultative sales approach to provide need solutions
• Cooperatively work with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales

Most importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!

What You Need To Succeed

• Knowledge and skills common with 1 or more years’ experience in sales role for a wholesale distribution business
• High school diploma or equivalent

What You Can Learn And Develop On The Job

• Knowledge of assigned business line: plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, kitchen & bath
• Experience in leadership
• Skills and knowledge to advance your career into leadership, outside sales, or other internal opportunities

Physical And Mental Requirements

• Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment – Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
